About Our Company

Since the 1980s, the founder of our company, Prof. Jingyin Fei, has started the application of the FJY-series brush-plating technologies in the industry, at both China and international levels. Now, our company’s brush-plating technology application and innovative research are at the state-of-the-art level worldwide. Examples of our specialised technologies at an internationally advanced level are (but not limited to): (1) Brand new repair of Hydraulic cylinder with Chromium-coating, (2) Brush-plating power supply with the functions of real-time monitoring and displaying the coating layer thickness, (3) Highly stable and fast Tin-plating technology for busbar, (4) Environmentally-friendly non-cyanide Gold plating and non-cyanide silver plating technologies, (5) Environmentally-friendly Aluminium and Aluminium-based composite brush-plating technologies, (6) Nickel-coating-based alloy for improving abrasion resistance, conductivity and anticorrosion of tracks, (7) Nickel-Cadmium alloy brush plating technology for anticorrosion of offshore wind turbine equipment, (8) Mine support repair, (9) Self-compensating brush-plating series, (10) Fast ultra-thick machinable brush plating, (11) colloidal micro, nanoparticles brush plating technology. Our company holds more than one hundred patented FJY-series brush-plating technologies and techniques which can be applied to different application domains. These technologies have been adopted by national key engineering projects, such as development and production of aerospace craft, heavy lift launch vehicles, intercontinental missile, supersonic airfoil wind tunnel, mobile missile launcher, military aircraft maintenance, ship repair, high-energy physics, nuclear power, wind power, solar energy, and railway track communication and reliability monitoring project. It is also worth noting that the application of the FJY-series fast and environmentally-friendly brush-plating technologies has become more and more popular in the remanufacturing engineering process of other application domains, such as general machinery, ferrous metallurgy (steelmaking, metalworking), petrochemical industry, power electronics, power plant boiler, motor rotor (including generator), textile printing and dyeing, printing machinery, and biopharmaceuticals.

Our World Leading Technologies

​

  1. Repair of partially damaged chrome-plated parts is an international problem. Our proprietary technologies tackled this problem and we can repair partially damaged chrome-plated parts (e.g., chrome-plated hydraulic lever, chrome-plated dryer, chrome-plated pillar, chrome cylinders, chrome-plated mold, and chrome-plated piston) to working conditions.

  2. Our new brush-plating power supply offers different features, such as pre-set of plating thickness, real-time monitoring and displaying plating layer thickness, sound and light alarm.  Our new brush-plating supply can ensure precision and full-control in the brush plating process.

  3. With regard to repair of aluminium electrical connector (e.g., aluminium row, connector, large rectifier bridge busbar), our pollution-free neutral bright tinning technology solves a few common problems, such as pollution of acid, alkali, yellow smoke in aluminium tinning plating and complexity of plating process.

  4. Our FJY-series environmentally-friendly, non-toxic, harmless cyanide-free brush silver plating and normal temperature cyanide-free gold plating technologies essentially tackled the international problem of the existence of highly toxic substances (e.g., cyanide) in the precious metal plating solution.

  5. In comparison of conventional cold welding repair (e.g., patch, fuse welding, laser cladding), our rapid cold welding repair technology of nickel-based alloy catalyzed by ionic liquid can guarantee that the repaired workpiece has no heat impact problems (e.g., thermal stress, thermal deformation, hot crack, tissue phase change) and also has no porosity and boundary defects. Our rapid welding repair technology is very suitable for rapid repair of deep bore, large area housing area and machining, wear and tear of very large shaft parts.

  6. Our FYJ-series functional brush-plating technologies can meet different usage requirements of steel components (offshore wind power, road and bridge engineering, rail), such as surface wear resistance, antiseptic, conductivity. They can be applied to solve a lot of realistic problems existing in ultra-large steel components, such as poor corrosion and wear resistance, large contact resistance causing by rusty surface, and low signal acquisition reliability.

  7. Our surface modification technology (e.g., high chromium alloy, stainless steel, nickel base alloy drilling tool, and tool joint thread anti-seize technology) which can suit different material thread anti-sticking requirements can considerably increase the number of reusable threaded joints and further reduce the enterprise production cost.

  8. Our high stable neutral bright tin plating, fast mirror tin plating technology, with the capability of preventing oxidation of divalent tin ions to tetravalent tin ions, can ensure that the tin plating solution has a shelf life of more than 5 years (no turbidity, no deterioration, and consistent usage effect). Our tin plating technology solves the technical problem of poor stability of the current acid tin plating solution.

  9. Our nickel plating and chrome plating on stainless steel can meet the requirements of being used in high temperature environment (up to 800 ℃). Moreover, they can solve the surface brazing or soldering requirements of special components and the coating will not have the problem of peeling or cracking caused by thermal stress.

  10. Our FJY-series of fast, ultra-thick, environmentally-friendly brush plating solution is ideal for equipment maintenance. By using our FJY series of brush plating solution, the coating deposition speed can be increased by 5 – 10 times and the coating thickness can be plated more than 2 mm. More importantly, they are very construction environmentally-friendly.
