High corrosion resistant nickel-cadmium anti-corrosion brush plating technology

 

There are many ways to prevent or reduce steel corrosion, such as the use of corrosion-resistant materials, coating (plating) layer anti-corrosion technology, corrosion inhibitor anti-corrosion technology, cathodic protection technology, anode protection technology, and perfect structural design. However, in real application and production practice, the most commonly used one is the coating (plating) layer anti-corrosion technology.

Thread anti-adhesive surface modification technology

​

​Drilling machinery (such as oil drilling tools and prospecting machinery) is important in geotechnical engineering. Taking oil drilling tool as an example, if the gluing occurs between the drill threads, the number of times the drill can be reused is reduced, and even the machine could be falling apart and dropping to the well. Therefore, it is of great economic value to take effective measures to prevent the drilling machine tool threads from gluing.

Environmentally-Friendly Cyanide-Free FJY Silver Plating (Brush Silver Plating) Technology

Among all the metal conductors, silver is the most conductive metal material (conductivity is 6.33×lO7Sm-1at 25 ° C). In the fields of electric power, electrician, electrical appliance and electronics industry, plating silver on copper substrates (copper, aluminum, etc.) can reduce the contact resistance of metal electrical connectors and improve the solderability of silver-plated parts. For large components with local electrical conductivity requirements, brush silver plating is usually used for partial silver plating.

Introduction to titanium (titanium anode, cathode roller) surface brush plating technology

 

In the conventional electrochemical industry, graphite, platinum (or platinized titanium electrodes), lead and alloys thereof are commonly used as electrodes (anode, or cathode) materials. Since Beer developed the titanium-based ruthenium dioxide coated anode for the first time, the electrochemical DSA (Dimensinal Stable Anode) material has been gradually developed into a new electrode material for surface catalytic modification using titanium as a substrate.

Aluminum is a commonly used metal material which is light in weight (specific gravity: 2.7), soft in texture, good in plasticity, and strong in electrical conductivity (at a temperature of 20 ° C, the electrical conductivity of aluminum is 3.53×lO7Sm-1), and is inexpensive. The electrical conductivity of pure aluminum is not much different from that of pure copper (the conductivity of copper is 5.71×10 7 Sm-1 at 20 ° C) and in the atmosphere, aluminum has good chemical stability.

Tin has good electrical conductivity and chemical stability. Therefore, the surface treatment of hot tin or tin plating can improve the electrical conductivity of the lap joint of copper-based electrical connectors (such as bus bars and soft connections).

In terms of the current status of gold plating technology, cyanic gold plating solutions are used for cold plating at home and abroad. Essentially, highly toxic cyanic is used as a complexing agent for gold ions in such cyanic gold plating solutions.

Application of Machinable Brush Plating Technology in Repairing Electric Motor Wear

The brush-plated repair part outperforms the original one in terms of anti-wear capability. The rotor shaft is usually made of tempered carbon steel or alloy steel. The material of end cover material is cast iron or cast steel. The hardness of tempered carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, and cast steel is lower than that of brush plated part. Therefore, the motor rotor shaft or end cover, which is repaired by using the FJY series brush plating technology, has better quality than the original one and it can serve longer in real use.

In order to solve the corrosion of the acidic solution, such as the activation solution in the brush plating process, to the formed protective coating, especially the corrosion of the zinc-based alloy coating such as galvanizing, zinc-nickel alloy, zinc-cobalt alloy, etc., the FJY series brush plating has successfully developed a set of technologies to prevent corrosion of large steel components without the need to mask the non-plated surface.
